If you would like to have it fixed, if it is able to be fixed, you can send it back to me, shipping at your cost, to then be charged anywhere from $4 to $15 for the fix, depending on the amount of damage or needed replaceable pieces. Yet, if you live locally, you can meet me somewhere and I will fix it there, and you do not have to ship it to me. :-) There will still be a charge for the fix.

If you have purchased earrings, you receive a pair of earring backs with them! All items are put into bags and have little accents added into each package. Each new purchase comes with a business card as well

If for some very sad reason a piece is broken when it gets to you, you may not have a refund, but can contact me via Instagram or my email, with images of the break. If I feel it is an accidental, incidental sad occasion, I will let you choose a piece that is of the same price or less than for free. I will only ask for the shipping rate of the piece.
